Our IT team is looking for a Business Analyst to provide the vision and big-picture view for digital solutions to solve intricate business problems and opportunities! You’re the bridge that connects developers, strategists, domain experts and managers. You weigh the technical, operational and financial pros & cons for each project, and then compose real-world solutions. You have the ambition to grow towards a role as Architect.

The job:

• Your job starts with analyzing and understanding the requirements to define a specific solution that complements The Cookware Company’s environment and strategic goals best. You do this by leading and facilitating workshops with all relevant stakeholders.
• The most vital part of creating an enterprise architecture is selecting the right technologies with an analytical, critical and pragmatic mindset. Keeping all functional and non-functional requirements in mind, you determine the tech stack. And as a strong believer in co-creation and teamwork, you naturally do this in close collaboration with your colleagues.
• You express your thoughts in concise and efficiently written documents and schemas (think wiki, vocabulary lists, sequence diagrams and model diagrams). This way, you ensure that the overall architecture is maintained.
• From start to finish, you also translate technical solution details into a language that both very technical and non-technical stakeholders can understand. You effortlessly describe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to all stakeholders.
• You focus on the strategy and execution in order to prepare the management to take the correct decisions. You construct technology-enabled operating models and provide viable options and visibility into execution issues.
• And perhaps most important is your genuine interest in a diverse range of technologies, processes and methodologies – which of course, you love sharing! You spread your knowledge of best practices, lessons learned and changing technologies with the Business and Technical Analysts.

This is you:

• You have experience as Business Analyst.
• You preferably have experience in working with ERP, CRM, Integration, EDI, BI and E-commerce solutions and understand their advantages and complexities.
• You have experience in AX or D365 F&O.
• You have an open mind about technology (apps, cloud, AI, PowerPlatform…).
• You analyze and translate business processes and requirements into solutions, including systems integrations and recommended ISV’s or best of breed solutions.
• You can juggle different projects simultaneously.
• You are an excellent communicator, effective yet gracious communication with people of very different backgrounds.
• You appreciate and encourage critical thinking from your peers, colleagues and yourself.
• You speak English and Dutch fluently.
• Willingness to travel (10%).
