Job Description

Key roles & responsibilities:

• You help to develop and/or adjust the tribe’s unit roadmap based on your own functional expertise, and you evaluate the feasibility with business and/or technology partners, in line with the business domain and technology strategies.
• You perform, in close cooperation with the involved stakeholders, a conceptual design of business initiatives, as well as an analysis and design of innovative concepts and solutions for business transformation and business context initiatives.
• You act as a bridge between the business and technology domains, seek balance both in terms of developing requirements and solution alternatives, you dare to question these and continuously monitor the business value and maximise the positive impact for Telenet and the customer.
• You determine the acceptance criteria and accept the End-to-End total solution in cooperation with the business stakeholders. Afterwards you coach for the correct implementation of required actions/activities/change management. If applicable, this also includes testing the solution.
• You are co-responsible for setting up, rolling out and maintaining the Residential and SOHO Business Process framework and more specifically, on the basis of your own functional expertise, act as a Process Designer for monitoring, designing and continuously improving the assigned business processes, and you provide expert advice on this.
• You detail and document the chosen solution direction as well as the final solutions and related business requirements and procedures. You align and validate them with the stakeholders. You monitor quality, cost efficiency, and ensure full legal compliance.
  

Profile

• You have a strong knowledge of Telenet’s strategy, industry sector and the business domain in particular as well as are able to understand what the internal/external customer’s expectations are.
• You have a strong knowledge of business processes combined with expertise in certain technical domains (IT and/or network), good understanding of related best practices, structure and products.
• You have user knowledge of business requirements, use cases, user/epic stories terminology and principles.
• You have strong analytical skills combined with conceptual thinking skills.
• You are a bridge builder between different internal/external stakeholders, relying on a knowledge and a relationship of trust.
• You build effective, cooperative relationships across all levels of the organization, share information, solicit input from others and deal with diversity.
• You have strong communication, diplomatic and good stakeholder management skills to guide, influence and convince others.
• You are able to clearly formulate a complex (technical) matter to a general (non-technical) audience.
• You are persuasive and able to reach consensus and support.
• You are customer focused, innovative and proactive.
• You are fluent in English – Dutch & French are assets.
