Your mission

• Actively improve profitability reporting (COPA) and data quality as SAP plant key user for Controlling.
• Proactively analyse and benchmark the performance with the goal to improve profitability.
• Work closely with the plant management team to understand and follow-up deviations from budget and / or forecast.
• Support continuous improvements of workflows and processes through your end to end business understanding.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for the management.
• Prepare and analyse monthly closing reports, forecasts and budgets on time with high quality.
• Prepare reporting under IAS and consolidation processes according to internal guidelines.
• Contribute to all accounting related activities in close collaboration with your colleagues.
• Drive the outlook and budget process within the plant.

Your profile

• Strong financial knowledge and high analytical skills as well as sound accounting understanding.
• Academic education (business administration, economics), Master degree is a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, above all in Excel, and high IT-affinity.
• Experience in SAP (FI/CO and BW) and Hyperion.
• 2-5 years experience in a finance role.
• Structured and meticulous working style as well as high level of self-motivation and independent working style.
• Open-minded and a good team player who is capable to communicate with people from different cultures and with different stakeholders in a plant environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Internationally minded.
