Job Description

  • Search, prospect, convince companies, sell the services and look for partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients and partners.
  • Promote the pool of talents to current and potential partners and at external events.
  • Support the Career Coaches in bringing internship opportunities for the learners
  • Give feedback and align on the national strategy with the Head of Engagement
  • Coordinate key messages and conversion efforts with the team.
  • Participate in the design of SLA and customers processes

The Successful Applicant

Ideally the perfect candidate has :

  • +3 years of experience
  • Capacity to understand and anticipate companies’ need
  • The ability to develop and implement a forecast planning
  • The negotiation & contract management skills
  • A Customer centric approach with a solution mindset & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
  • An interest for technology and digital & experience with the Google Suite workspace being an asset
