Your journey with us

OurStrategy & Performance Teambrings solutions to private companies acting within multiple sectors. You will join a dynamic team and will be actively involved in various projects. You will work on various transformation projects from blueprint to go-live.

  • You translate busines processes and strategic targets into performance dashboards and reports. You capture user requirements and define data strategies in order to implement corporate performance management solutions.
  • You take the lead in the implementation of corporate performance management solutions using BI applications (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense) and provide advice about other optimizations in the operating model (processes, organization).
  • You coach end-users and make sure the important stakeholder embrace the change. You monitor closely the evolution in order to make an sustainable impact.
  • You work at the clients site or in one of our local offices across Belgium.

Let’s Talk About You

We are looking for people who really get energized by always encountering new situations and challenges. You find qualitative solutions for the client and put those into practice.

  • You combine a Master’s Degree with 2-5 years of operational experience in defining and implementing corporate performance management solutions and processes;
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau or other BI solutions (e.g. Microsoft SQL).
  • You are able to translate business process into dashboards and reports.
  • You have an entrepreneurial personality, you are result driven and thrive in a dynamic environment with lots of personal responsibilities and a nice team atmosphere;
  • You are customer-oriented and provide the appropriate solutions and methods;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
