WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a Business Manager, you play a key role in the growth and branding of VeroTech. You target the right companiesto develop a partnership with VeroTechand you maintain/build relationships with clients and prospects. You also act ascareer coach and dedicated spoke person for your consultants.
Your day at VeroTech:
- Define a business plan for your region
- Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities
- Manage your client relationships
- Act as the single point of contact for clients, prospects and your own consultant team
- Lead, coach and motivate your team of consultants
- Report on a regular basis to the directors on progress and results
- Work closely with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist and other Business Managers
YOU CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE IF YOU HAVE
- Master degree in Engineering, Economics, Commercial or Business
- Experience/ interest in business development or sales for services
- Keen interest in technology and innovation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills to convince and motivate people
- Pro-active person with a can-do mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can easily structure your work
- Fluent in Dutch/French and English
