Description Of Duties

Your daily role responsibilities with our company will be as follows:
  • Producing price proposals. (also making sure that any coordination required with other Service Lines has been performed with due diligence)
  • Manage projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, scope and quality. Specialization in Enterprise and Service Management
  • Ensure realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provide regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate and also making sure appropriate resource levelling is done regularly.
  • Tracking and maintaining defined Key Performance indicators.
  • Maintaining the internal tracking file of NDW that is related to the business intake process.


Required Qualifications

If you have passion for the work described above, here are the basic qualifications we are looking for:
  • Degree or equivalent work experience in related field other relevant discipline or equivalent combination of qualifications
  • Experience in performing all aspects of project management functions including: the definition of requirements, project and funding authorization, acquisition, testing, acceptance, fielding, supporting, training, schedule management, integrated project reviews
  • Demonstrated experience in producing price proposals
  • Strong knowledge of the NCIA Agency business intake process
  • PRINCE 2 Foundation and Practitioner Certified or equivalent PMI certifications such as CAPM or PMP.
  • Very strong experience with Microsoft EPM
  • Knowledge of working with Business intelligence tools (mainly Excel based) and the use of pivot tables.
  • Ability to work on location unencumbered
  • NATO Secret Clearance
