About Our Client

Our client is a major player in the Retail sector. They are currently looking for a Buyer Assistant to join their team.

Job Description

As a Buyer, Assistant you will have the following responsibilities:
  • You follow up on price changes and adapt the price lists in our IT system.
  • You record additional negotiated conditions.
  • You monitor warehouse stocks and contact the various shops for information.
  • You draw up order notes based on the information provided by the product managers.
  • In collaboration with the accounting department, you make payments to suppliers
The Successful Applicant

As a Buyer Assistant, You Have The Following Profile
  • You have a degree in administration or equivalent experience.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You are a good communicator, have a dynamic personality and are satisfied with executive and administrative work.
