仕事内容

The Position

You are responsible for performing calibrations according to the calibration plan and related work instructions.
You will organize and plan calibrations in collaboration with different production departments and organize external calibrations (Offers, PR, orders, reviewing external reports, ...).
You will maintain the calibration list and report on delays, missing and completed calibrations on a monthly base. You are responsible for the calibration reports and take care of additional administration.
You will communicate towards everyone involved when measuring devices are outside calibration limits and will coordinate actions accordingly.
You also take care of searching and ordering new measuring devices or tools, either for production or QC. Therefor you will also be responsible to prepare the request for investment.
You will fine tune and maintain specific devices (e.g. Mooney).
You will be present with external and internal audits.
You will perform yearly calibrations to the foam line during summer shutdown.
You organize and supervise MSA-testing in collaboration with QA/R&D. Afterwards you will be responsible for the reports and analyze the results.
You assess new measuring devices en measuring methods.
You will program measuring devices and will be a back-up for camera systems.

Your Profile

Bachelor level with preferably focus on measuring methods.
Knowledge of MSA and able to interpret results.
PC Skills like Excel, Outlook, ... .
Preferably knowledge of SAP, PLM en SPC.
You are responsible and know how to handle stressful situations.
You are precise, flexible, correct and result oriented and a strong team player!
You communicate well and maintain good relations with production.
