Robert Half is looking for a Call Center Agent for an assagniment with the possibilty to become a permanent contract. Our client is specialized in the financial industry.

Our client is located in in the center of Brussels, near the train station.

Your responsibilites:

  • Contacting prospects via inbound and outbound calls;
  • Following-up on incoming leads via call and mail;
  • Being updated on running campaigns;
  • Updating leads with prospect data & contacts;
  • Sending offers and info to prospects;
  • Guaranteeing follow-up on offers that were send;
  • Checking on signed contract and additional documents;
  • Working according to an implemented daily structure.
Your Profile:
  • You have an excellent oral and written language of Dutch and French;
  • You have a first experience in sales or call center agent;
  • You’ll take ownership in organizing your business day;
  • You possess a strong communication and negociation skill.
