A global leader company active in Chemical industry, based in the Liège region is looking for a CAPEX Project Manager - Multidisciplinary.

As a CAPEX Project Manager - Multidisciplinary, you will act as the main contact between production and engineering division in the development of capex projects with a strong process and electro-mechanical focus and report to the Engineering & Construction Manager.

As CAPEX Project Manager - Multidisciplinary, your responsibilities will include

• Liaise with the production department to define the needs, elaborate the preliminary design file, carry out the coordination of studies and participate in design reviews;

• Establish budgets and project phases in collaboration with the supervisors of the engineering disciplines and ensure quality and the right running of the projects;

• Manage the coordination of design teams (both internal and external) and participate in the design and implementation of solutions with these teams;

• Collect the necessary documents for purchase requests and ensure the proper follow-up of orders and their implementation in the field;

• Make sure the project implementation are done within the right teams within the Construction department;

• Ensure the administrative processing and follow-up of the various projects by ensuring regular reporting to the Engineering & Construction Manager.

The ideal candidate for the position of CAPEX Project Manager - Multidisciplinary has a degree in civil or industrial engineering. You have at least 5 years experience in managing multidisciplinary projects in an industrial environment. Experience in industrial processes is a plus. You are a good communicator, achievement oriented and enjoy being in the field. Fluency in English and French is required.
