Our treasury team within Goodman is critical in safeguarding the financial health of the organization by optimizing cash flow, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies while managing a diverse portfolio of around 300 bank accounts.

Currently we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cash Management Officerwho will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of cash in and out of the company and ensuring optimal efficiency and security in handling funds.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:

  • Perform daily cash management operations (e.g. cash administration, management of current accounts, intercompany financing,…);
  • Monitor cash transactions, ensure that bank account balances are reported;
  • Prepare and process outgoing wire transfers;
  • Ensure bank transactions get reflected into the ERP system (Unit4Financials);
  • Prepare daily and monthly cash reconciliation reporting;
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to cash management;
  • Develop and maintain effective communications with internal and external stakeholders;

Do you recognize yourself?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/ economics.
  • A can-do mentality and willing to deep dive and analyse before taking actions.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • You’re interested in exploring new tools and systems.
  • A true communicator who can negotiate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional way.
  • A natural planner and organiser.
  • Vigilant and precise.
  • Customer service minded, respecting internal service level agreement.
