Your function

As an IT and business analyst you will join a dynamic team and make your contribution to the digital transformation of the company.

Your responsibilities are as follows:
Identify the different needs for change with the representatives of the business as well as the company’s customers;
Analyze needs in collaboration with applicants and identify impacts on the processes and applications that support them;
Propose different solutions or approaches and evaluate their cost, impact,...;
Design target processes with business representatives;
Carry out business and functional analyses for the implementation of the necessary changes to meet the needs expressed;
Coordinate and monitor certain changes;
Participate in tests (definition of the test plan, writing of test scenarios, execution of tests and support for businesstesters);
Control the quality of deliverables made by our partners;
Write the functional documentation.
Follow up and resolve incidents.

Your profile

You have a university degree (or higher education) in economics, finance, computer science or commercial engineering;
You have at least 3 years of experience in a Business/IT Analyst role;
You have a good listening ability and you show cooperation and pro-active communication;
You have a critical mind and are able to propose innovative solutions;
You are able to synthesize, conceptualize and formalize;
You have the ability to prioritize work and carry out several activities at the same time;
You master the UML and BPMN concepts;
Experience in CRM, finance, HR, service delivery or healthcare is an asset;
You have experience in configuring application packages.
You are able to understand a database management system (DBMS) and extract information from it, knowledge of algorithmics is aplus.
You are familiar with the Agile approach, having held a product owner position is an asset;
You are fluent in French and Dutch, knowledge of English is an asset;
You are autonomous and teamplayer.
