仕事内容
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Minimum of 6 months experience within the defence industry as a Project Manager with at least 3 related projects
- Experience in performing all aspects of project management functions including: the definition of requirements, project and funding authorisation, acquisition, testing, acceptance, fielding, supporting, training, schedule management, integrated project reviews
- PRINCE 2 Foundation and Practitioner Certified or other Program Management qualification, such as PMP. The lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by the demonstration of expertise and experience in the domain
- Experience and knowledge of Managing Successful Programmes
- Experience and knowledge of Management of Risk principles
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft EPM
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Project
Qualifications:
A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline, (such as, Science, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology) and 2 years post-related experience;
- Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
- Experience in Configuration Management, Configuration Control and Status Accounting;
- Experience with ITIL change management best practices;
- Practical experience in the usage of change management tools;
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles;
- Experience in the operation of Change Advisory Boards (CAB);
- Experience organizing meetings and committees;
Relevant ITIL training certification.
