For our Digital Energy Division, we are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager who works in Belgium & The Netherlands on the development of our Building Management System (BMS) partners.

Your meaningful purpose

You will be responsible for developing the Building Management System (BMS) partners of Schneider Electric on:
  • The commercial policy and value proposition for this channel.
  • The marketing strategy of the channel and action plans to support our partners.
  • The execution of the action plans in coordination with the teams of Sales, Marketing, and other support.
  • The analysis of the economic performance of the channel, relative to the market and competition.

Your Daily Task And Responsibilities

Schneider Electric works in several market segments (Commercial Real Estate, Hotels, Hospitals, Datacenters) and with a large number of partners. As part of the different marketing teams in Belgium and the Netherlands, the channel program manager will focus on one key channel for Schneider Electric: The Building System Integrator channel. For some years we are growing fast, and this role is critical in achieving our growth plans and developing our partners.

As a Channel Program Manager your will define and run the BeNe Cluster Channel Program. Reporting to the Vice-President Digital Energy and working in close collaboration with the Marketing Organizations in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Digital Building Europe Organization.
  • Accountable for the channel growth (all of our current Building System Integrators) and customer satisfaction level.
  • Build and operate the customer Channel Program and monitor its performance.
  • Get a clear understanding of the external Building environment and define the strategy in the channel.
  • Contribute, define, and implement marketing plans including all necessary actions to support the performance of a launch and boost performance.
  • Interact with the relevant stakeholders in the corporate business divisions.
  • Organize trainings at the partners.
  • Actively contribute to the architecture and the promotion of our digital customer platform/
  • Actively participate in support to sales: promotions, events, tools etc.
  • Define customer segmentation and lead the setup of the channel customer plans.

kwalificaties

Who you are?

Your Education And Experience
  • Academical background on Business/Marketing/Engineering on Bachelor/Master level.
  • Experience and knowledge in Business to Business (B2B) Marketing roles.
  • Preferable experience within the Building segment, like Commercial Real Estate.
  • Experience with Partner Business (preferably Building Management System Integrators)
  • Fluent in Dutch and preferably English/French.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop an analytical understanding of a client’s business.

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • A real team player but also capable of operating independently.
