Chief Financial Officer

Dynaco Europe is a leading niche manufacturer of high-speed doors sold all over the world through a dealer network. A fast-growing international business within an ambitious group is looking for an engaged leader and expert.

Actively manage projects and the finance organisation

• You will assume full responsibility for finance of the legal entity in Belgium. Your focus fields are business support, group reporting, general and cost accounting, controlling, taxes, budgeting, …
• You are hands-on involved in finance related projects. You lead and motivate a team of 4, a competent finance manager, responsible for a team of 3 accountants, taking care of the day-to-day work and the monthly reporting.
• You are the main local contact person for insurances (credit, personnel, exploitation), lawyers, consultants, tax and other authorities, auditors, …and the direct contact for the segment’s finance manager, to whom you report in dotted line.
• Adding value and bringing solutions is part of your drive. You will report directly to the Managing Director of Dynaco Europe and collaborate actively as a member of the Leadership team in the interest of the business.

Ready to take ownership

• Master’s degree in applied economics, commercial engineering or equivalent, preferably completed with a certificate in finance and/or accountancy. You have at least 5 years of working experience in reporting, finance, controlling, accounting, budgeting inside a company and/or as a manager consultant in a big 4 firm.
• Preferably you have already had final responsibility for finance or are ready for it. Experience in leading and coaching professionals in F&A is required. You believe in, and are a sponsor of, the use of IT and technology.
• You are acquainted with an industrial sales and international working environment. You communicate fluently in English and preferably also in Dutch. Other languages are a plus.
• You get energy from leading a team and non-routine work and projects in an international context. An analytical mind, a structured way of working and authentic leadership are key words that describe you.
