  • Is actively involved in projects from concept to start-up under the guidance and support of the Engineering Manager
  • Designs the civil concept layouts (2D and 3D) according to the wishes of all disciplines and within the predetermined limits. The concepts are created through close collaboration with the other disciplines under the leadership of a project/discipline manager
  • Compares the different concepts in consultation with the other disciplines
  • Collaborates on the layouts of the installations together with process and mechanical engineering
  • Draws up concepts for the non-process buildings and structures in collaboration with OPS (layout offices, workshops, warehouses, parking, entrances for trucks,…) and coordinates their elaboration (by internal or external draftsmen/engineering offices) under the supervision of a project/discipline manager
  • Draws up specifications and project standards (in collaboration with the Engineering Manager or engineering office)
About You
  • Has good civil knowledge to take into account construction possibilities when looking for technical solutions
  • Has operational knowledge of the legal regulations related to his discipline
  • Knows the possibilities of office software and is skilled in working with specialised drawing packages (3D – civil drawing work in collaboration with other disciplines // combining different 3D drawing packages // working with Navisworks)
