Cleaning Validation Engineer – Hybrid | Geel, Belgium

Are you passionate about quality and compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing? We’re looking for a Cleaning Validation Engineer to join a leading organization in Geel on a hybrid working model.

In this role, you’ll support cleaning validation activities within a GMP-regulated environment, contributing to high-impact projects that ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and execute cleaning validation protocols and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contamination control strategies
  • Ensure alignment with GMP standards and internal quality systems
  • Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cleaning validation within a pharmaceutical or biotech setting
  • Strong understanding of GMP and quality risk management
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Scientific or engineering background preferred
