MuleSoft is looking for a motivated Client Solution Engineer to join our extremely talented and collaborative Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering team, who are instrumental to MuleSoft’s growth in the region.

As a Client Solution Engineer, you will act as a technical expert to MuleSoft’s (prospective) customers by proving how MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform can bring their digital investments together into an application network, allowing for faster change and innovation. The MuleSoft Sales team will rely on your technical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will be an integral part of the success for both our customers and Account Executives by performing technical discovery qualification, making architectural recommendations for the solution, perform sizing, delivering product demonstrations and align with the Platform Solution Engineer on Proof of Concepts. With your genuine interest in technology and how it drives customer business you will connect the dots between the technical solution and business valuer.

What you will be doing

  • You will go through an intensive specifically designed onboarding program to help you develop your technical and business acumen
  • Your efforts will include understanding the unique business requirements of businesses (directly with Sales teams) and translating/presenting those needs into a compelling presentations and demonstrations of MuleSoft’s functional and technical capabilities.
  • You will build up your consulting skills and work on real-life customer and internal projects
  • You will learn to solve business problems and add business value
  • You will build and configure MuleSoft solutions for customers
  • You will have opportunities to learn from key executives in the organisation
  • You will develop an understanding of Salesforce & MuleSoft and our position as a market-leader in the industry
  • You will participate in extensive training and mentoring. With our strong coaching culture, we aim to develop you into a world-class professional.

What you will achieve

3 months:

  • Become certified in MuleSoft’s Developer trainings
  • Complete MuleSoft’s Kickstart sales training
  • Begin to build your architecture reframe and white-boarding skills through shadowing and customer-scenario role playing

12 months:

  • Become certified in all Product, Architecture, and Sales Messaging trainings
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the client’s technical requirements and audience
  • Create Point of Views (PoVs) as part of an account team to demonstrate the art of the possible and how MuleSoft can help and value to their business.
  • Put all the pieces together to “perfect your craft” by closing deals
  • Partner with Accounts Executives on account planning and strategy and support marketing with evangelism activities (writing blogs, participating in demo-driven webinars, speaking at industry events, etc.)
