I have a unique and exciting opportunity that combines CRA Line Management, Study Management, and Study Start-Up activities within one of the most internationally recognised Pharmaceutical Companies in the world.

This role offers fantastic training and support so you will have a great work atmosphere, making your work life more pleasant. They also offer a broad scope of responsibilities so you will have variety in your role, keeping you stimulated throughout the work day.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for line managing, mentoring and coaching CRAs
  • Carrying out feasibility, site initiation, and study start up activities
  • Responsible for study management - ensuring milestones are achieved before agreed deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Scientific background
  • Previous CRA experience
  • Line management and study start-up experience is advantageous
  • Fluent Dutch, French & English
