For our internal training centre, we are looking for a Code 95 instructor. In this position, you are responsible for ensuring the professional competence of our drivers.



Your job description:

  • You are responsible for the registration and follow-up of the professional competence of our drivers.
  • You work out a training calendar, contact drivers and schedule them for the necessary training modules regarding professional competence.
  • You are able to work out lessons in accordance with the legal provisions, current professional knowledge and social themes.
  • In an interactive lesson, you give the Code 95 training to our drivers. You are also able to assess their knowledge of the learning objectives to be achieved.

Competences

  • You are passionate about the transport sector and have experience in giving Code 95 lessons.
  • You have had a CE driving licence for 5 years.
  • You are an accredited Code 95 trainer.
  • You are assertive and know how to deal with your audience and how to make your lesson motivating and interesting.
  • You are able to work out lessons and also give them in French.
  • You have a flexible attitude and are willing to travel to other TML sites in Belgium if necessary.
  • You are systematic and proactive.
  • You can work independently with a great sense of responsibility.
  • You have PC skills and are not afraid of administrative work.
