Raise awareness of communication among internal audiences and transfer knowledge about means of communication through concrete examples and regular advice.
Act as an strategic and operational advisor to the CEO on all major topics (internal and external).
Assist marketing ensuring the visibility and the image of trade credit insurance and Euler Hermes.
Strengthen our image as an expert and a trade solutions partner for all channels and segments (media, customers, brokers, prospects). Enhance internal communication, including change initiatives. Stimulate innovation.

  • Develop and write internal and external content, in line with marketing plan in order to drive business growth and customer retention and acquisition (in line with different distribution channels and product)
  • Responsable for content in all channels of external communication (media, spokespersons, BU internet news section), in close collaboration with marketing
  • Advise and assist the BU leadership team in their communication
  • Strengthen the excellence of major spokespersons and economic leaders
  • Enhance internal communication and engagement - create a strategy and implement cultural change through (digital) internal channels, manage internal communication on behalf of all departments
  • Set up and implement CEO communications (presentations, blogs, videos, all employee meetings, strategy, engagement, etc.)
  • + 5 years of communication experience including media; PR and content marketing B2B
  • Analytical skills, ability to learn quickly
  • Strong initiative, strong motivation
  • Strong team spirit and independent, flexible worker
  • Interest in commerce, pragmatic and commercial attitude
  • Creativity and ability to innovate
  • Fluent Dutch, French and English - both written and spoken
  • Excellent writing skills
  • At least 3 years experience in internal or external communication
  • Strong skills in at least one of the following areas: journalism, internal communication, external communication
  • Digital skills - Strong networker (internal and external stakeholders)
