responsabilités
MAIN TASKS as a Communications Officer Europe (Reports to the Communication Manager Europe).
CORPORATE Communication
Strategy:
Deploy the communication strategy EU
Support the transformation : deployment of the Green strategy/ Safety Strategy/ Operational efficiency/ Investment program
Support the HR strategy: onboarding process and employer branding activities
Support for institutional presentation
Participate to different meetings with EU team, marketing, HR team, etc
Collaborate with external agencies: graphics, press, video, etc
INTERNAL Communication
Manage internal tools : newsletters (articles - interviews, layout, network),screens: (Scala platform), portal
Develop new channels with EU team
Support / Advice managers: speech, presentation
Organize events / Meetings
Communication focused HR: Write memos
EXTERNAL Communication
Manage Social Media: team, planning, social media press review etc.
Manage press review
Manage videos: writing of scripts, shooting,
Support the team about EU website
qu’offrons-nous
We offer you to work in an international company and build experience in communication on global level.
You will work for 1 year on a consultancy based contract with the opportunity to get a fixed term contract after this period.
