Job Purpose and ImpactThe Contract Management Representative, will provide basic knowledge of pricing and contracting activities to assist in the coordination of process development, data management, reporting and analysis. In this role you are the gatekeeper of both broad and deep contract knowledge within the CCC (Cocoa & Chocolate) business and will assist with master data stewardship, contract settlement and communications with sales, trade, supply chain and other internal departments we closely work with.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for a complete onboarding program to ensure new team members gain the needed knowledge.
- Responsible for a 100% correct contract entry in A-Force (JDE), this is for both Purchase and Sales contracts of CCC.
- Amending, rebooking and conversion of existing contracts as requested by Sales/PLM/Trade/Central planning.
- Processing and correcting of all deviating instructions according to specifics of the customer/supplier.
- Receiving and processing market related contracts on the same day, with two Contract Management Representatives being available at least until 18.00 hrs (CET) and until all market related contracts are entered.
- To ensure correct information and processing, the Contract Management Representative is responsible for detecting and solving discrepancies in contract instructions.
- The PLM and Finance team consult with Contract Management to review margins and contracts.
- Responsible for templates; creation and maintenance.
- Daily updating market related values in JDE.
- Finalization of newly created items.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining cross references in Interspec (link between receiver, item and loading branch plant).
- Gatekeeper of customer and business specific knowledge.
- Contract Management representatives often participates in projects initiated by other departments.
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of contract management manuals and procedures (100+).
- Keeping all information updated in line with audits.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience ensuring data in internal systems is accurate and up to date
- Accurate and familiar with ERP systems
- Fluent in English and preferably also Dutch
