Function

You manage contracts, including negotiation, drafting, review and amendments
You draft contracts taking into account internal & external requirements, legal correctness and our client’s financial objectives
You ensure compliance with contractual obligations by all parties involved
You identify risks and potential disputes in contracts and take appropriate measures to minimize them
You advise internal stakeholders on contractual matters and offer legal advice when necessary
You proactively go after things, don’t let go & enjoy negotiating win-win contracts

Profile

At least 5 years of experience in contract management and negotiations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of (international) contract law and practices, contract law and business law
A proactive and solution oriented attitude
Fluent knowledge of the languages Dutch and English. Knowledge of additional languages such as French, German or Spanish is a plus
