Copywriter/Content Specialist

We are looking for a Copywriter/Content Specialist, with knowledge and passion in the Equestrian sector, who will support our team in all activities related to creating, editing, translating and adapting existing content across online and offline channels.

We are looking for a colleague eager to learn, capable of working collaboratively and who is always proactive. Working in a team gives you energy, but you can also work independently.

You will work closely with the central marketing operations HUB as well as with our Brand Managers and our 8 associated brands in an ambitious, informal environment where you have a lot of freedom and responsibility to shape your own role.

If you are either Dutch/French speaking native with good knowledge of English, you have a passion for the equestrian sector, love to write content and you are willing to learn and grow: this is your chance!

Key result areas & responsibilities

Copywriting:

• Create, edit, proofread engaging and effective copy for various marketing materials.
• Strong ability to integrate AI and pre-existing content in your workflow.
• Ensure all written content aligns with our brands: voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.

Social Media

• Content calendar creation support and content development across various social platforms.
• Editing, proofreading in multiple languages with local teams.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders during the approval and publishing phase of the content.

Long format

• Research and write in-depth articles, news stories and social pieces on various equine and equestrian related topics.
• Interview key experts across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with the HUB team to develop content ideas

Digital Commerce

• Develop copy for our ecommerce, email, commercial and brand campaigns.
• Develop copy for paid media campaigns (upper, middle, and lower funnel copy for social media, programmatic, search).
• Optimize content for SEO to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Update evergreen copy.

• Passion for the Equestrian world
• Interest in writing content and in digital marketing.
• Willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced and multicultural environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
• Autonomous, willingness to assume responsibilities & entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with good knowledge of English.
