Job Description

As a Project Manager CSV, you will lead a strategic business project focused on implementing an electronic Technical Documentation Management System for one of our pharmaceutical partners. Your mission is to ensure full alignment with the program baseline (scope, time, and cost), while driving structured governance and proactive risk management.

You will operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable plans.

The Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the program leadership team, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the eTDMS implementation project and ensuring compliance with CSV processes
• Defining and enforcing structured project governance and documentation standards
• Managing risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to avoid delays
• Preparing impactful presentations and summaries for diverse audiences, including executive committees
• Driving stakeholder engagement and fostering trust across business and technical teams
• Ensuring timely delivery of project materials (slides, minutes, reports)
• Connecting business and technical domains to support informed decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• You have an advanced experience in project management with a minimum of 6 years, ideally with PMP and/or Scrum certification
• You have a first experience in Pharmaceutical industry experience
• You have a technical background in industrial engineering or documentation management systems
• You are an organized person and able to work autonomously
• You act as a problem-solver
• You are able to manage multiple stakeholders management.
• Time management and prioritization are key in you day to day work
• The knowledge of CSV processes is enssential.
