Your role

As a Customer Care Specialist your main tasks will be:

  • Be the first point of contact for a customer
  • Order management - receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders
  • Ensure timely product shipments
  • Solve problems where needed
  • Handle customer’s questions and requests

Profile

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Office programs
  • Meticulous and pro-active
  • Being able to manage tight deadlines
  • Understanding of basic accounting concepts
  • Understanding of inventory management processes
  • SAP knowledge (or other Tier 1 ERP Systems)
  • Diploma or Degree in related field
  • Language skills: Fluent and professional use of English + Spanish.
