仕事内容

As a Customer Relations Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in delivering the best possible customer experience and act as an ambassador for both Toyota and Lexus.

  • You will handle all incoming calls and emails from customers in French, Dutch or English.
  • Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
  • You offer the most appropriate answers and contribute to customer satisfaction by providing an answer to the customers within the desired timeframe.
  • You proactively keep the customer informed of the status of their case via the customer’s preferred channel (mainly e-mail and telephone).
  • You look for the right answers with colleagues or with the dealer network and follow up the question, problem or complaint until it is fully dealt with.
  • You collect and log all information in the appropriate systems.
  • You work closely together with our dealer network, the customer service of Toyota Motor Europe and our internal specialists.
  • You actively participate in customer satisfaction projects (e.g. satisfaction surveys).
  • You will report to the Customer Relations Manager.
