For one of our clients, an international company active in the chemical sector, Robert Half is urgently looking for a temporary Customer Service Agent with a first experience in managing industrial and international orders with an excellent knowledge of English & French.This ambitious enterprise is located in the South-East of Brussels.
As Customer Service Agent,you will join a team of 15 people and will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You manage the OTC (Order To Cash) processes with the responsibilities and in function of the roles, both defined by the Excellence project (from order entry to invoice - all order types);
- You work in an environment of global harmonized processes, understanding the key topics and interdependencies with other departments and team work to guarantee optimal service to the customers;
- You respond prompt to all customers inquiries (samples - documentation requests - product inquiries - prices - etc.);
- You prepare and follow price requests in collaboration with the sales staff;
- You are responsible for the administrative handling and follow-up of claims in close cooperation with the sales staff and quality manager;
- You develop a good relationship with the distributors;
- You establish credit/ debit notes regarding exchanged pallets, waiting times, late deliveries etc.;
- You ensure the credit management: monitor the payments and contact customer if needed (in close cooperation with sales force and accounting);
- You manage all administrative tasks related to the customer portfolio (update customer data in the systems, classification of all sales documents, price increases, etc.).
- You have a Bachelor in International Trade or Master in Logistics, Business Administration;
- You have a first experience as Sales Assistant, Customer Service or logistic assistant - in an industrial company is a plus;
- You have perfect verbal, listening and writing skills in English and good knowledge of French.
- The knowledge of SAP is a big plus;
- You have good communication skills.
- A full-time interim contract (39h) for minimum 6 months;
