Customer Service and Integration Manager is responsible for managing a team of 4 people including a Senior Customer Service Associate and 3 Team members. This role exists to work cross functionally both within Benelux and across SC in Europe to enable excellent monthly customer service level building strong relationships with all stakeholders and a focus on the prioritization and delivery management for promotional orders in order to deliver Benelux business plans.


HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Supporting and empowering the team to identify and drive improvements in Customer Service to achieve KPIs (CFR, OTA, C2S, Promo, Penalties)
  • Drive continuous improvement in Customer Service to deliver excellence through standardized ways of working, processes, templates and data analysis.
  • Ensure team is leading data driven projects for the improvement of service level and order management
  • Represent the logistical interests of customers in internal prioritization discussions with regards to stock coverage and promotional management
  • Identify and drive supply chain projects with key customers in the region
  • Represent Kellogg’s CS&L in supplier forums and internal meetings
  • Protecting, Developing and empowering the team
  • Active leader supporting ED&I and CSR Kellogg agenda
  • Coordinate and lead integration plans with customers

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business)
  • +10years of experience in SC including +5 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Expertise in building customer relationships, order management, EDI projects, management of service level, promotions and logistics
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver challenging and often conflicting goals under a pressurized environment
  • Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, define appropriate action plan and execute them.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, French would be a plus.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills required
  • Strong numeric, data / analytical, financial and organizational skills
  • Very Strong in driving results, winning with customers and cross-functional collaboration especially with commercial, logistics and finance teams
  • Perseverance, takes the initiative, curious, autonomous, rigorous, structured, analytical
  • High level of knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
  • FMCG foods industry experience.
