After the delivery of the machine, the Customer Service department becomes the first point of contact. This department includes various responsibilities, among which is Customer Service.

As aProject Manager Customer Service, you are responsible for the initial quick response and support line to customers. Additionally, you oversee the internal acceptance of projects, including the commercial and financial aspects.

Main Responsibilities and Core Tasks:

As Project Manager Customer Service, you act as the spokesperson between the customer and the company from the moment the machine is delivered. Your tasks include:

  • Communicating with the customer
  • Providing advice on maintenance and upgrades
  • Preparing quotations for service and interventions, both for Customer Service and Metrology
  • Planning and coordinating service and interventions, and closely monitoring their execution
  • Reporting completed activities to the customer
  • Aligning invoicing with the Accounting Department and the customer, and following up on payments
  • Monitoring and promoting customer satisfaction
  • Processing information from support, service, and interventions
  • Reporting customer-raised issues to the responsible departments, ensuring feedback to the customer, and proposing solutions

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electronics, or equivalent through experience
  • Initial experience in an engineering or support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English, and French; German is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willing to further develop product knowledge, technical skills, and language proficiency
  • Friendly and customer-oriented with attention to detail
  • Proactive and results-driven
  • Good listener and stress-resistant
