What you’re working day may look like
You are responsible for setting out the customer service and sales strategy of Duke & Grace in line with our strategic company goals, meaning:
- Together with your team you set up a sales organization with performing and agile processes in new sales, accountmanagement, strategic consulting, lead generation, brand management, external communication, service development & - management
- You develop and discuss the yearly commercial plan, goals and budget, targeting aligned investment decisions together with the company management
- You develop a performing organization balancing cost efficiency, agility and quality at the same time
- You manage the budget by organizing the sales activities in accordance to the agreed results in the financial plan
- You lead a strongly connected team of commercial talents, that works at a strategic customer level and teams up closely with marketing teams, creative and development studio’s, planning and support teams
- You coach your sales management and put the right talent in the right roles. You foster a team culture where motivation, collaboration and excellence go well together
- You inspire potential or existing customers with your knowledge and experience, convincing customers to do business with Duke & Grace
- You are an evangelist and stimulate knowledge sharing of the latest market trends, both externally and internally
- You maintain a network of strategic contacts, key accounts, business partners, prospects to build a long term relation and realize the sales targets
- You report to the Managing Director and work closely together with the executive team representing the other core domains
What you have today
- You hold a master’s degree and have at least 5 to 7 year’s experience at management level of a similar company size
- You have a strong strategic view and business acumen skills
- Experience with digital marketing expertise like UX/UI, web development & design, performance marketing, creative production and digital transformation, are considered a plus
- Business development and value creation thinking is your second nature
- You have a strong sense of customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset to build partnerships (externally and internally)
- You have strong people management and coaching skills. As a true inspirer you have strong empathy skills, with a collaboration focus. You are able to motivate and enable growth, so you get the best out of the sales team
- You are a true results seeker with a strong drive and ambition to show results
- You balance both innovation and optimization of existing processes
- You collaborate smoothly with all parts of the organization
- You act from values like team collaboration, fun, integrity, respect and consistency
You will work in a full-service communication agency that has creativity, strategy and technology in its core, while being surrounded by other experts. Duke & Grace is a company that focuses on creating tailor-made marketing and communication solutions for Belgian heroes, such as Samsung Benelux, Lidl, Infrabel ... You will closely cooperate with these clients to form a deep understanding of their needs.
