Our client has the #1 software for construction companies. From planning to collaboration, they have everything covered in helping their clients build smarter and faster.

As they’ve attracted a lot of new clients, they’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help them in getting onboarded.

Your key objective will be to help new and existing customers make the most out of the software they just purchased. You’ll help them realize their goals, and be an integral part of a series of triumphs.

What will you do?
  • From day 1 you’ll be assigned a buddy, to set you up for success.
  • Once the customer has signed, you will be there to understand their business and to explain how to use the software.
  • The days will be varied as you’ll either be giving training, setting up a client’s environment (non-technical) or following up on customers who got set up in the past.
  • Help in building the strategy for Customer Success.
Your profile
  • Ideally you’ll have experience with giving trainings and setting customers up for success.
  • An affinity with construction is definitely a bonus.
  • You’re a team player and have the ability to build long lasting relationships.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English.
