We’re looking for a Customer Support Rep to join our team. You can be based in our office in Geel, Belgium or our office in Willich, Germany. Either way we’re offering a hybrid working system (office / home).

Your main responsibilities will include processing the orders of our German dealers (in SAP) and helping them out with all order- or stock related questions they might have but like the true team player you are, you’ll also support your colleagues with their orders for other regions (Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Luxemburg and Belgium) as they will certainly do the same for you. Variation makes for an interesting job so you’ll also assist with keeping our CRM (Salesforce) up to date, process returns, credit notes and warranty contracts. You’ll also support our German sales team.

Who are we looking for?

  • You enjoy working very closely within a small local team but also within a larger international team
  • You’ve had a first experience working with international customers and aren’t satisfied until they are
  • You’re a good German speaker and writer
  • You speak English and either Dutch or French (both is a plus)
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory if you’re eager to learn new things
