Technical Customer Support manager -Pharma Solutions

Our client is a multinational with roots in Germany specialized in pharmaceutical machinery.

Even though they have over 3.000 employees worldwide you will get the advantages of a global network combined with the freedom and familiarity of a start up.

The local team in Belgium has 3 colleagues and is currently looking for an experienced customer support manager with a technical of pharmaceutical background or affinity.

Your role?

In general you play the lead role when it comes to onboarding, supporting, advising and developing customers.

  • You are the main point of contact for the largest pharmaceutical companies in Belgium
  • You engage in service sales and life cycle consultancy
  • You translate customer feedback into concrete advice and optimizations for the service product management team
  • Clients can count on your hands-on guidance for new machine projects

Your profile?

Customer centricity is key and the mantra you live by.

You have a strong technical background and experience in the field of customer success, support or after sales.

Furthermore you are fluent in English (Dutch and French are a nice to have) and are willing to travel for business.
