Responsibilities
    • Submit the customs and related declarations, according to the legal requirements, the internal procedures of the organisation and any specific requirements of our clients.
    • Check all documents provided on correctness/completeness before the creation of the different declarations.
    • Create the customs declarations in the different systems (PLDA, NCTS)
    • Communicate with the internal customer, customs and other authorities regarding the created declarations.
    • Perform audits related to AEO
    • You will report to the Customs Compliance Manager
Job Requirements

Profile
  • College degree - preferable in commerce and administration or equal through experience
  • Good knowledge of all used software
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and law: import, export & transit
  • Knowledge of business languages (Dutch, English)
  • Eager to develop your knowledge
  • Written / verbally communicating in a professional matter with all concerned parties.
  • Microsoft knowledge
  • Efficiency and accuracy are key.
