The opportunity

In response to strong market demand, EY has ambitious plans to expand our already market leading Cybersecurity practice. We continue to build our Cybersecurity practice and are now looking for strong individuals with experience within Identity, Credential and Access Management. By joining us now you will be part of our exciting growth strategy where you will get the opportunity to develop it in line with your own interests.

We are currently looking for Identity, Credential and Access Management security capabilities to expand our existing security practices. You will play a direct role in the management and delivery of ICAM security engagements, development of proposals in this area, development of the ICAM delivery solutions, lead and/or participate in ICAM engagements with dedicated sector clients, as part of a European team and our European Growth Platform.

Your key responsibilities:

• 
  Create and deliver client ICAM transformation programs which are driven by Identity business drivers and ICAM technologies.
• Help our clients identify their ICAM needs to transform their current way of working and get them ready for future use cases and client experience.
• Implement and integrate organizational, procedural and technical building blocks in ICMA client environments, applying industry best practices and regulations.
• Develop working relationships with peers across other our European ICAM community and participate with the development of leading ICAM deployments and accelerators
• Develop client relationships and engage in support for business development activities, including methodology development, proposal writing, and direct support for presentation to potential clients.
• Management and direct contribution to ICAM project execution by supporting client engagement and spotting client opportunities.

Profile:

• Fluent in Dutch or French - Professional knowledge of English
• Significant relevant experience (minimum 5 years) related to the strategy definition, management, design, implementation, maintenance or audit of medium to large-scale ICAM implementations.
• Knowledge in Identity Governance and information / role models based on client’s needs and business processes
• Federated identity and access management, CIAM and PAM are well known concepts.
• Knowledge of the security concepts typical to ICAM (i.e. automatic (de)provisioning, approval flows, application onboarding, SAML, oAuth and OpenID Connect and privileged access management have no secrets to you).
• Understanding of critical Infrastructure aspects, legal and regular dependencies, market trends and client’s needs in this area.
• Project management experience in a cyber security environment is a plus
• Extensive understanding of tools and technologies utilized in IAM design and rollout (Sailpoint, Savyint, Microsoft AD and Azure, OKTA, IdentityNow, CyberArc, or BeyondTrust)
• Certification is a big plus. (f.e.: CISSP, CISA, CISM, specific ICAM training,… )
