Qplus consult offers high level services for pharmaceutical companies. Within the pharmaceutical sector Qplus consult built a solid and strong reputation within the last years, therefore we are looking for a motivated, dynamic and flexible Data Entry Officer.

What is the job about?

As a Data Entry Officer you will work with computerized patient records and clinical trial/spontaneous data to ensure it is precisely sorted and recorded. In addition to inputting data, you might also transcribe and code information according to the client’s specifications. If a record requires more investigation, you will retrieve the information and assess for completeness, accuracy and errors. A Data Entry Officer may also have access to sensitive patient/client information, so maintaining the integrity of the records is a very important responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Register and gather patient information
  • Gather data to identify the case urgency
  • Receive and respond to inquiries from clients
  • Understand and perform quality controls protocols
  • Provide input on data entry
  • Perform Data Entry in our systems
  • Assist with the support activities for the Pharmacovigilance department
  • Maintain strong relationships to achieve high quality patient care

What do we expect from you?

  • You will perform meaningful work
  • You have the ability to take responsibility and accountability
  • You are detail-oriented and accurate
  • You have competences in safety systems and medical coding, Word and Excell
  • Degree in a related field is preferred
  • You have a big interest in Pharmacovigilance
  • You have an excellent level of English + knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a surplus
  • You have knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
  • You can work in stressful situations where deadlines need to be respected
