About the Role:

Join our Corporate Data Intelligence squad (CDI), responsible for providing reports, dashboards, and analytics for the entire SD Worx Group. CDI manages the data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, data mappings, definitions, and the transformation of Corporate Data into Information & Insights. The Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Team at CDI is at the forefront of harnessing cutting-edge AI technologies. We specialize in projects such as recommendation systems, language models, document understanding, data quality improvement, and feedback analysis, all aimed at revolutionizing data-driven decision-making for an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Scientist at SD Worx, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to enhance our HR and payroll solutions, helping us uncover valuable insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness in workforce management.

  • Lead data analytics initiatives focused on HR and payroll data, from acquisition to solution delivery for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical insights into actionable business concepts that optimize HR processes and payroll management.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze and predict HR and payroll trends.
  • Foster an open feedback culture by utilizing data to empower employees to make informed decisions about their careers.
  • Ability to self-upskill on new technologies and programming languages as required to support the needs of SD Worx.

Your Profile:

  • You have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully applying data-driven approaches, machine learning and deep learning.
  • Strong skills in deploying models using Azure services and building production-ready data solutions using APIs.
  • Proven business and systems analytical skills-HR Industry knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in Agile methodology using Scrum framework and multinational exposure & experience is desirable.
