  • provide the water - which we use to prepare saturated carbon for reactivation and for hot-spot prevention - in the right quality and in the smallest possible quantity,
  • manage the rinse water so that we can purify it in our own treatment plants,
  • ensure optimum reuse of our treated rinse water within Desotec,
  • dispose of the remaining purified rinse water in accordance with environmental regulation,

  • keep our water treatment plants in the best condition through regular inspection and maintenance (which you do yourself or delegate),
  • take care of the administration related to our water treatment (registration of the water balance, passing on order forms for works, etc.).
Who are you as a Water Treatment Expert at DESOTEC?
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as an Industrial Engineer, with a relevant specialisation in environmental engineering.
  • You have a forklift certificate or are willing to take training for this (to assist if necessary).
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You are communicatively and administratively strong so that you can cooperate constructively with other departments and external suppliers.
