Your journey with us

As a member of ourFSI Finance & Performance team, you apply your experiences in finance and industry foresight to lead conversations on critical client issues with CFOs and business leaders.

You support our client in a wide range of various projects in the Financial Services industry from strategy definition to implementation by:

  • Helping CFOs to align their vision with the company’s strategic objectives, and translating that vision into concrete initiatives
  • Support digitalization projects from strategy definition, organisation, process design & implementation to full value realization with a focus on finance processes e.g. Accounting, Closing, Reporting
  • Bring an added value to the Insurance and Banking clients while being in direct contact with different key stakeholders such as Finance, Risk, Actuary and Business leads
  • Supporting our clients in designing and implementing new and innovative digital solutions (incl. RPA & IA) allowing the financial direction to drive their companies in the new framework of digital finance by focusing on all finance enablers, namely the people, organisation, processes and systems
  • Support the growth of the digital finance offering & contribute to the Deloitte international Digital Finance Network
  • Assist in planning and managing a project (including a team)

Let’s Talk About You

  • 2-5 years relevant professional experience in a consulting firm or a blend of consulting and Financial Services industry experience
  • Good understanding of the Financial Services industry
  • You are a team player with strong communication and skills
  • You will be client-focused and have an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to make an impact, both externally (at the client) and internally (within Deloitte)
  • You have past experience in finance consulting, digital finance or finance processes
  • You have the capacity to identify client strategic goals and their related initiatives
  • You have an intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills
  • You want to boost your project management skills
  • You have a good understanding of Finance functions
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, as well as English (written, spoken) – all three is a plus
