We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop the company’s long-term digital marketing strategy in line with the business objectives and overall brand positioning supported by digital marketing campaigns, products, and services. This is a permanent full-time position based in our office in Kontich, Belgium.

Your responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain Flen Health online presence strategy (social media, web search, display, videos, emails, etc)
- Work closely with the commercial team (Sales and Marketing) and other internal teams (Medical, R&D,...) to ensure campaigns are consistent and integrated
- Manage digital tools and platforms as Facebook Business Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Programmatic, etc
- Apply a data driven approach across planning & evaluation activities (audience development and engagement, segmentation...)
- Use strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
- Define and execute all digital marketing, advertising, promotion plans, and communications activities in line with the Global/Local product strategy
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current competitive environment and industry trends, oversee categories and competitive analysis, generate insights and integrate them in efficient consumer activation activities
- Analyze and report the performance of the brands and assess the ROI of marketing activities
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Identify trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
- Support the activities for the ecommerce channels
- Lead the digital creative and media agency briefing based on approved yearly marketing plan, agreed brand strategy and budget and follow the day to day work
- Drive traffic to company websites and social media pages
- Be responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports
- Keep track of developments in digital tools, AI, marketing automation, MarTech platforms and where appropriate implementing new solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Coach, guide and develop the marketing team in digital solutions, encourage knowledge sharing and set clear objectives
- Business travel is involved, with time at internal meetings, congresses, presence in the field... including overnight stays
Your qualifications & experience:
- Master’s degree in Marketing
- At least 5-7 years working experience in a digital marketing department, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector
- Deep knowledge in Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Programmatic,..
- Experience in leading SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and /or display advertising campaign
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and act as a real team player in the local brand team
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
- Cost control skills and good understanding of budgets in the context of business strategy and commercial targets
- Customer centric and highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Fluency, both written and spoken, in English, other languages as Dutch, French or German are an asset
