Lead the professional and managed services unit in achieving its growth, expertise and billability ambitions, delivering complex professional and managed services on top of our standardized offerings towards the segmented enterprise market and integration services for our high-end segment customers.

Overall activity domains & accountabilities:

• Building, delivering & running complex managed services for our enterprise customers
• Building & delivering complex professional services for our enterprise customers
• Delivering integration services towards our high-end segment
• Consultancy P&L, implementation P&L, project P&L: accountable for cost
• Resource & capacity management across BeNeLux with focus on billability
• CX: Ensuring quality of managed and professional services
• Skills evolution plan
• He/she acts as an operational unit
• He/she set up as a service centre, working based upon service catalogue and requirements set forward in the enterprise, platform, and solutions entity.

• Key figures include a scope of +/- 500 FTE (with significant t growth within 5 years) & the Management of 4 Directors/Head of.
• Key interlocutors: Exco, Executive Directors, HR, FIN, Procurement… C-level customers, vendors, suppliers in different domains, consultants

Profile

• Experience: > 15 years
• Ability to manage diverse and large teams across different strategic and operational axes
• Operationally manage & steer organisation based upon operational drivers/KPI’s acquainted with strategic workforce planning and capacity management
• Thorough knowledge of project methodologies and complex contract setups
• Sales acumen, business strategy insight & deep knowledge of sourcing models
• Experience and expertise in transforming the services business from a one-shot installation services business to a recurring managed and consultative services business covering both IT and Telco
• Experience in building integration capabilities
