Responsibilities

Deliver sales results and contribute to revenue results
Grow pipeline through existing accounts and new logo accounts
Work to close deals using selling best practices eg., client call plans, close plans, sales strategies
Cultivate client relationships to foster further growth for DXC
Be knowledgeable on the ECA offerings being sold and keep up to date with the latest offering developments, value propositions and marketing/pricing/packaging/licensing options
Actively participate as part of sales team and the wider sales community
Participate and collaborate with regional industry teams and leaders, account leaders, other Offering sellers
Work closely with ECA Practice leaders (regional & global) and with Alliance Partner
Create, drive, and deliver sales forecasts to meet or exceed budgets in transparent, predictable manner - weekly cadences and weekly status reporting on pipeline, deals, clients etc

Requirements

Sales experience and success delivering or exceeding sales quotas
10-12 years’ experience in IT services & product sales - successful sales execution and client engagement
Experience with ServiceNow products and business
Experience with ServiceNow (and experience or interest in other ECA practices also preferred)
Digital (cloud-based application) sales experience and digital business acumen
University (bachelor’s degree) minimum
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Pre-existing network of clients and relationships

Other Requirements

Good knowledge of Dutch or French and English
Good knowledge of ITIL processes
Strong communication skills to listen to clients and articulate back for solutioning
Strong selling and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients up to the Board level
Ability to work and lead in a team environment
Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
Ability to publicly represent the company with internal and external clients
Ability to articulate and present the business value of Company solutions with a firm understanding of Company strategies and products relative to the Company’s major competitors
Mobility in Belgium is a must.
