A little bit about Edgard & Cooper:

Once upon a time, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - Edgard and Cooper – pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But they couldn’t find anything that was quite right. So….to cut a long story short, they decided to make their own!

What type of breed are we looking for?

Are you that kind of person that is always willing to help? You can combine a touch of a sales and an interest in logistics? Then you might be the E-Commerce & Amazon Customer Service Officer we’re looking for!

What will be in your bowl?

You’ll be part of the Operations team here at Edgard & Cooper. This means ensuring our unique dog and cat food gets delivered directly to our global E-Commerce customers.

• You will lead on all things E-Commerce & Amazon within the Customer Service team
• With the support of the wider team, you will ensure top service to our most important E-Commerce customers with responsibilities such as:Daily operational management of all major E-Commerce customers
• Management of end-to-end Amazon Seller & Vendor operations, including shipments & stock across all markets
• You will work closely with different departments inside and outside our organisation
• You will look at process improvement & build out customer excellence

What skills & tricks should you bring?

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B customer service – with direct experience in E-Commerce strongly preferred
• You are customer oriented and understand outstanding customer excellence
• Experience with Amazon or other major E-Commerce customers is desired
• SAP experience is desired
• You have an action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to solve issues
• Ideally you have strong supply chain knowledge
• You have strong project management & process improvement experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An entrepreneurial/hands-on spirit with out of the box ideas
• You are fluent in English with other European languages desirable (Dutch, French etc.)

Ideal start date: ASAP

Recruitment process: You will first have a phone interview with a member of the talent acquisition team. Then you will have a competency-based interview with the E-Commerce team, followed by a presentation & test with the E-Commerce/Operations team.
