As IT Coordinator you will act as a facilitator - you have to coordinate some project activities for roll-outs, deployments (phone, accessories,).

You work proactively in order to continuously improve service quality
Documentation and procedures
Microsoft environment

Profile

You have at least 2/3 years of experience in a support function (2nd line)
You have a broad general IT knowledge
Windows Operating Systems
Office 365
Experience with workplace related products: desktop, laptop, smartphones
Able to make some documentation/procedures
Basic server management (Windows Servers, AD and Exchange)
Network knowledge is a plus
You can express yourself fluently in French
Dutch and English are a plus
You are in possession of a driving license
You have communication skills and you are customer oriented
