???? The Opportunity

As the International Professional Education Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing clinical education programs for healthcare professionals (HCPs) across multiple regions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage program logistics, measure effectiveness, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines. You’ll be supporting the Global Medical Sciences and Global Education Departmen

In this role, you will

• Program Support: Plan and execute professional education activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance with applicable regulations
• Logistics Coordination: Manage all logistical, creative, and editorial aspects of education programs from inception to completion
• Effectiveness Measurement:Collect, analyse, and report data on program effectiveness, using feedback to continuously improve educational offerings.
• Budget Management: Oversee an allocated budget for education programs and process invoices in a timely manner
• Reporting: Provide regular status updates on educational programs to cross-functional partners.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business unit leadership to identify educational needs and cultivate relationships with HCP faculty
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure all educational activities comply with relevant laws and ethical guidelines

???? Requirements:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree required; allied health professional or medical device industry experience preferred.
• Experience:Minimum of 3 years in project management, event planning, or related roles; experience supporting professional education programs/events or medical device product training.
• Skills:
• Multilingual; fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with HCPs and internal stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate project timelines across teams located in different time zones
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
• Travel: Availability for domestic travel (up to 40%) to support program engagement.
