We’re looking for an experienced ERP Process Analystto drive and support key business change initiatives in support of the Smappee energy management mission. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing our business processes and workflows and identifying areas of improvement in our ERP landscape. You will develop strategies to optimise performance and enhance our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of business operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and data to identify and model areas of improvement
• Go-to-person for the business from an ERP perspective
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and management to develop solutions that address business needs
• Gather, validate and document business requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
• Translate business models into our Odoo ERP Solution in close collaboration with our Odoo solutions provider
• Own the ERP solution roadmap and pre-seat the Odoo Project board
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct research and analyse data to support business decisions. Identify issues, risks and benefits.
• Evaluate market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Report and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience in ERP business analysis or a related field. Odoo experience is an asset
• Proven experience in a technology company with end-2-end business process scope: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, and Enable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI and Tableau
• Experience with automation tooling such as Zapier or Workato
