To attract the best candidates and bring to life our employer brand, the Recruitment Team is looking for a very dynamic Event Coordinator for an Internship of minimum 3 months . If you love to move, build relationship and meet new people, this position is for you !


As a Event Coordinator Intern you’re the heart of the recruitment campaign for young graduatesacross Belgium and its borders.

You will attend universities career fairs, communicate with students and promote our company culture. But that’s not all, you will also take part of our recruitment campaigns and events from A to Z.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to build a strong employer brand among universities communities and students. Are youcreative and can you thinkout of the box? Great ! All innovative ideas are welcome, Sky is the limit.

You workclosely with our Campus Coordinator. You must be flexible, ready to hit the road everyday and self confident to take initiatives and responsibilities. While at office, you will share your time between our offices in Grand-Rosière and Louvain-la-Neuve.


Responsibilities
  • Organize and attend recruitment events for students all over Belgium
  • Identify which universities source the best candidates

  • Build relationships with a network of universities and their career services

  • Creating content and managing communication campaigns from A to Z
  • Bring new and innovative ideas
Must Have

  • Fluent in French & English

  • Motivated, disciplined and fun

  • Being proactive, solution minded & creative

  • Following a bachelor or master degree

  • Available from February 2023 for a min. of 3 months

  • Driving licence & personal car

Nice to Have
  • Experience in organizing events


  • Any other European language

  • Interest in the IT industry
